Accountability
Holding yourself accountable for the success of the business is harder than holding your staff accountable in their roles.
A simple 5 minute break to doom scroll on social media, or putting off completing a task because you think you can hammer it out anytime, or even scrolling online to pick the meal you are having for lunch, all these things continue to bottleneck your day without even realizing it. Your business might be successful but it could be so much more when you are completely focused.
You can get 12 hours of work done in 6-8 hours and still have time to do something you might have normally done the next day.
