Leaving Socials magazine!
Hi everyone 🫡 Our community has its own magazine at leavingsocials.com. Every day we share tips, strategies, and real-life experiences about reducing social media use, managing the stress and anxiety it causes, and finding better ways to spend your time. The platform can be accessed on mobile anytime, so you will never miss useful guidance. I would also appreciate it if you share posts or videos from others on this topic, so we can collect all the useful information in one place. How to create a post that works? 1. Share a topic that sparks discussion or provides insight 2. Add a visual (pictures or videos) to make it engaging 3. Focus on one meaningful post rather than many shallow ones Join now and help others reclaim their time in Leaving Socials 🙏
We are the unity, we are the family🫂
It's no longer just about me, it's about us. So it's time to unpin the post about my personal story and pin the post about all of us. Thank you to everyone who is contributing to shaping the culture of our community and spreading its mission among your close ones. Yesterday (Jan can vouch for me), I shed a tear while reading through your personal stories one by one. I humbly thank you for your openness. This song deeply touched me last year when I started meditating and truly moved me. What is your "transformational" song for this year, 2024?
Build genuine relationships challenge
Hello everyone! 😊 I have a weekly challenge for us that can help us heal and strengthen our relationships. First part of the challenge: Buy two tickets to a theater, cinema, or concert and invite someone you've never met before, maybe someone on the street. It's a great opportunity to open up to new experiences and unexpected encounters. Second part of the challenge: Choose someone in your life with whom you have an unresolved relationship. Invite them for a coffee or tea and sincerely tell them: "I love you, with all your strengths and flaws, thank you for being you. This challenge may be difficult for some of us, but I believe that openness and honesty can bring amazing results. After a week, come back to our group and share your emotions and stories about what happened. I already completed the second task yesterday when I met with a friend with whom we had not ended our relationship on the best terms two years ago due to our communication. Yesterday, we worked quite well together on her off-the-grid property, where I helped her in the garden. I also tried baking banana nut cookies. They weren't bad. Who's in? 😄💬
