Glad you're here. Here's exactly what to do in your first 48 hours so you actually get value out of this community:
Step 1 β Introduce yourself in the comments. Drop:
- Your name + business name (or where you're at β solo, crew of 2, etc.)
- Years in the trade
- Your #1 challenge right now
Step 2 β Watch the live estimates already in the classroom. Real jobs, real numbers, real walkthroughs. Start with the one that matches the kind of work you want to do more of.
Step 3 β Drop a question for Sean or James. Pricing, crews, hardscape, irrigation, marketing β whatever's blocking you. They'll answer.
One rule: Lurkers don't get value. Commenters do. If you're not in the comments by day 2, you're already losing. Engagement = results.
