Looking to JV deals?
Hey everyone, Cyle here. 👋
I run dispositions for Veridion Capital - off-market residential, nationwide, major metros.
Quick version of what I do and why it might help you:
I've built a large, active cash-buyer list with over a million buyers nationwide. So when a wholesaler ties up a solid deal but can't move it - wrong market, thin buyer pool, whatever - I can often find the buyer and we JV it. You bring the contract, I bring the buyer, we split the fee at close.
