I have a steady flow of warm, inbound motivated seller leads coming in from Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads. The marketing is done and the leads are already coming to me.

What I need: an experienced acquisitions person who can:

• Call and follow up with motivated sellers

• Build rapport and close over the phone

• Run numbers and make offers

• Negotiate price and terms

• Get the property under contract

I handle lead gen and dispo through my dispo partners. After their share comes off, the remaining profit is split 50/50 between you and me

You should have real wholesaling or acquisitions experience, be comfortable on the phone, and be self-motivated and coachable. No leads to buy, no ad spend out of your pocket. Just bring your skills.
