Time & Date Changes + Anchors in Your Life
Good morning all! I changed the time for this weekend’s coffee talk and the upcoming events in October for Premium Level members. They are all at *8am central time*—perfect for some camaraderie and accountability to anchor a practice time first thing in the morning before the day gets fulled started.
My own plan is to practice technique for 15-30 min right after we meet. Having an anchor is critical to habit formation: something you can’t or won’t miss, that you can stack a new habit on top of. Like, doing toe raises or heel lifts while brushing your teeth.
What is one anchor in your life that might be stackable with some practice/exercise for flamenco?
