Whether you’re just starting BG’s Challenge or gearing up for the next step, this is the place to connect, share, and grow.

  2. Share your favorite sport or what inspired you to join this community.
  3. Tell us: Which joint gives you (or your child) the most trouble?
  4. If you’re comfortable, share your social media handle so we can cheer each other on both here and online!
