The common theme i see with new entrepreneur's stuck under $10k per month is not enough revenue generating activity.
To be brutally honest, you are not doing things that make money.
Reading a book, NOPE. Podcast or conversation about the idea, NOPE. Although these things seem fun and feel like work or that they move the needle, but I'm here to tell you, that shit does not produce revenue!
Lets walk through a quick framework....
Money comes from sales and marketing right...
Sales and marketing are activities you do right....
So its safe to say if you ARE NOT doing these things it make sense your bank account is less than $10k per month right.... RIGHT!
We solved our problem by identifying it. If we want more money, we need to spend more time doing things that generate money!! SALES & MARKETING!
