The silence is telling... 🤨
Listen, I posted yesterday about claiming your new identity for the new year, and the silence in here was loud.
And I get it. You’re used to playing it safe. You’re used to sitting in the back of the room, hitting your corporate KPIs or business goals and keeping your head down so you don’t make a mistake.
But let me be the one to tell you: Playing it safe is why you feel like an employee in your own life.
If you can’t even claim your identity in a private community of like-minded women, how are you going to claim it in the marketplace?
How are you going to lead a team? How are you going to build a legacy?
We are moving into High Performance Self-Mastery.
That means taking up space. That means being decisive. That means choosing who you are BEFORE the clock strikes midnight on December 31st.
I’m going to ask you one more time and this time, I want you to show up for yourself, not for me.
