When you read it, ask yourself. Does it create curiosity? Does it create the feeling of "Lets click this persons profile to learn more".
If it is not overly urging, then it has work to do.
Stay away from the "I help", "CEO", "Founder", "$$$$". These are all cliche and too many are using them, they are obnoxious.
