This is going to be a work in progress on how to structure this properly. This is the founder's group which means you are all complementary for life and that goes for anyone that joins until April 1.

Any ideas on to structure this I am all ears for and for those that know me, I got ears to go around!

The idea here is to build a community that will be a place for leaders by leaders. Meaning leaders can come here to learn from one another, talk out situations (leaving company and employee names off), come up with culture ideas, team outing plans, etc...

But we first got to get the structure right before April 1. Send the ideas here. I won't use the email all members button often unless super important and want to see everyone here a part of this design.

We are all one team, we grow together and learn together, and we are all here to help one another!
