Experience I just witnessed...
Someone in the corporate world, a leader (if you want to call them that) just said...
" it is not my job to coach and train my team to success, they need to figure it out or get out."
wooooweee I had to leave that area quick because that right there, gets me fuming and there is just way too many people that are "boss's" out there and not leaders...
What would have you done?
