Bonjour!
Hello all, my name is Des. I am a myriad of different things.
I'm in the UK and spend most of my life traipsing around the UK teaching staff groups, doing workshops and training courses.
I've taught over 30,000 people face to face in my time, and on every single course (not workshops) I have known their first name for the duration of the course.
I currently have a very small team of disparate people, and I tend to do my own thing, but I have been in leadership roles in sport and work in the past.
A long time ago, I was obsessed with windsurfing!
