I’ve read 100-160ish books per year over the past few years (this year was a weak 50 bc I’ve been listening to too many podcasts) and it’s fun to talk about and dissect cool books.

I met @Diego Joel from Vancouver who went to the Costa Rica IRL. We also got to see @Dr. Maria Nagy , who I first met at the Atlanta IRL and have now run into twice in a row on these live calls. The conversation ran 20 minutes over our scheduled time and that's how you know it was great 😅 We covered everything from books to silence retreats, stoicism to breathing techniques, finance to mindset to psychedelics.
