Why Should You Listen to Me?
My name is Olha, and I'm the founder of Ethos Leads, your marketing partner for your law firm growth.
I’ve built businesses in three different countries.
I wasn’t born into success. I was born in Ukraine, that’s why I have an accent. It is a reminder of where I come from and the grit it took to get here.
With a Master’s in Education and Translation Studies, I started my first business—a translation company—15 years ago. I quickly realized I loved business and marketing more than doing the translations myself, so I shifted my focus to growing the business. I studied everything I could about marketing, sales, and business development. I tested strategies, adapted, and refined my skills until I mastered what works.
Education has always been my foundation. The ability to learn and apply knowledge has helped me not only start businesses but also restart my life—twice.
Ten years ago, my family and I immigrated to Canada, where I used my business and marketing expertise to start a marketing company for lawyers. I worked with law firms of all sizes, helping them attract more clients and grow their practices. I even worked in-house at a large law firm, learning firsthand what works—and what doesn’t.
Two years ago, we immigrated again—this time to the U.S.—and I founded Ethos Leads, a marketing agency dedicated to helping lawyers ethically and effectively attract high-quality clients.
Why should this matter to you?
Because starting a business and immigrating to a new country have lots of similarities. Both require you to:
- Build something meaningful from nothing
- Navigate complex, unfamiliar systems
- Make decisions with limited information
- Persist when others might quit
I've mastered this process not once, but multiple times.
That’s why I created this course.
Because marketing your law firm isn’t about chasing leads—it’s about building a system that consistently attracts the right clients. It’s about using ethical, proven strategies to grow your practice in a way that aligns with your values.
The skills you’ll learn here will stay with you forever. They’re an investment—one that can’t depreciate, be taxed, or taken away. Knowledge compounds over time, and the sooner you start applying it, the greater your results will be.
This isn’t just a course—it’s a community. You’ll learn not only from me but from other lawyers who are growing and scaling their practices. You’ll share ideas, gain new perspectives, and get real, actionable strategies you can implement immediately.
