I get newsletters for The Center for Reiki Research and there were a couple opportunities I thought I would share with the group:
Call For Volunteer Research Assistants
Interested in contributing to integrative medicine research? We are looking for volunteer research assistants (RAs) to help with a nation-wide survey of integrative therapy use in the U.S. hospital system. RAs will assist with data collection, including obtaining appropriate hospital contacts, conducting telephone calls with hospital staff, and inputting data.You'll receive acknowledgement in the scientific publication and potential opportunities for co-authorship depending on skills and experience.
Call For Nominations
We are looking for one new member to join our Board of Directors. The volunteer Board meets monthly via a one-hour Zoom meeting. In addition, directors review and/or summarize peer-reviewed Reiki research papers, participate in the annual International Reiki Research Conference, and coordinate and/or participate in one 30-minute webinar. Experience with a range of study designs, including feasibility, observational, pragmatic, RCTs, and qualitative designs is preferred. Individuals may self-nominate. Applications must be submitted through our online form and received by January 15, 2026.
