I found some exercises that help me when the effects of grief become overwhelming on my healing journey
  1. I stop everything and take in long deep breaths hold it 30seconds then release slowly.
  2. I allow myself to cry if I feel the need without feeling shamed.
  3. I sit in silence and acknowledge my feelings without feeling the need to suppress them.
