nearly had to fire a client 😭🤢
this client i absolutely love, she is a sweetheart but omg she would not wash her lashes no matter what i said or how many times i said it. every infill she was coming back like this until i put the foot down and said look i love you haha but if you don’t start following the after care i’m going to have to stop your infills.
luckily this was now two years ago and every single infill since she has been sqeeeeeky clean and no issues whatsoever. but just goes to show sometimes clients need a bit of tough love to see the light haha 😭🤣🥰
