This week, we’re focusing on formal writing and academic vocabulary ✍️
🔹 Use clear topic sentence
🔹 Support your ideas with examples
🔹 Link ideas using academic connectors
🔹 Avoid informal language such as gonna, wanna, stuff
📚 Examples of Academic Linking Words:
➡️ Adding ideas: moreover, furthermore, in addition
➡️ Contrasting ideas: however, on the other hand, although
➡️ Giving reasons: because, since, due to
➡️Showing results: therefore, as a result, consequently
➡️ Giving examples: for example, for instance
💡 Mini Challenge:
