🌕 Full Moon in Scorpio Ritual for Release and Letting Go 🌕
Tomorrow is the full moon in Scorpio, a powerful time for transformation and releasing what no longer serves us. To mark this occasion, I invite you to join me in a simple yet meaningful ritual to do at home with yourself.
Here's what you can do: (In Depth description in Meditation Recording from today at the end!!)
1. Place a Cup of Water Under the Moon Tonight 🌙
Fill a cup with water and set your intention for release and letting go. Allow the moon's energy to charge the water with its transformative power. Drink this water tomorrow, letting it cleanse and purify your spirit.
2. Practice Hoʻoponopono for Healing and Forgiveness 🙏
Spend a few minutes repeating the four stages of Hoʻoponopono, focusing on anything you're struggling with. Say each phrase slowly and with intention:
- "I'm sorry."
- "Please forgive me."
- "Thank you."
- "I love you."
This traditional Hawaiian practice is rooted in the wisdom of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the Kapunas there. I want to express my gratitude to the teacher, Dave, in Hawaii who taught me this beautiful practice.
This practice can be done while drinking the water, sitting in the moonlight or under the sun.
