Hello this is Nestor I’ve been running and scaling my landscaping and lawncare business for the past 5 years. Want to share my experience thru the years whether it’s the good the bad or the ugly. I’m currently in the process of figuring of what systems of operations works best for scaling a company that has profit margins at 35% and has a very low churn rate.
