Lost Google Reviews? Profile Un-Verified?
Hey Guys, seen a lot of businesses lose reviews on their google business profiles this week. 4 days ago google released an update that changed some their filters for detecting fake or spam reviews. If you lost reviews dont be alarmed. Doesn't necessarily mean you did anything wrong.
This update also caused a lot of google business profiles to be suspended or un-verified. If you got a notification saying your business profile is no longer being shown to the public then re-submit a verification video and provide any other documentation they are asking for.
