Just Curious ....
I know that in Los Angeles the laws there regarding rental properties is brutal, they are "tenant friendly". Which mean the tenant, if they violate or do not pay rent can be a very challenging position for the property manger and owner. A very lengthy and "loosing proposition" for the owner of the property.
I hope you do not mind me asking a few questions. I am now in a different state, Texas. But I am hopeful you could give me some insights. What would you say is the three most frustrating problem areas you have to deal with? have you found a work around it? And, just for fun, if you had a magic wand - what is the problem-free version that you see.
I am sorry if this was too much to ask. As a landlord and property manager I am curious to validate and learn from your experience.
