I'm super excited and grateful to have you join The Land Exchange.
What I'm attempting to create here is a community where we can freely discuss all things land - flipping, deals, fundamentals, title issues, contracts, rules & regulations, tools, business and more.
The only couple of things I ask are:
- Post a picture of you, and introduce yourself!
- Share your experience level, your market, and what you can help the community with and what you hope to learn.
- Pledge to be active in the community, post regularly, ask and answer questions.
