Hey Guys on the Trade with Friends session today myself and a couple other members experienced a timeout error where we weren't able to execute the trades. I put in a support tick with Tradovate and the response came from NinjaTrader which is another platform that I've used in the past. Here is the respose:

This error message typically indicates a network issue.
Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Sync your PC Clock
- Turn off VPN, Firewall, or Adblocker (If applicable)
- Try a different browser
If you are unsure how to sync your clock, you can look it up, as it is different for every PC.
If you have any further issues or questions with placing orders, you will need to reach out to your Prop Firm, as they have the control to look further into your order submissions.
