Closing
Hey guys just wanted to have a transparent moment. I closed June 6th and I sent my payment. Received a call from the title company. I was so confused because they said they didn’t receive it. I sent my proof of funds so I wouldn’t lose my property. Turns out my bank declined the transaction. On top of me sending the fund the incorrect way 😩. It should’ve been wired instead of ACH transactions.
This time I went into the bank to make sure the wire is done correctly. This has been a stressful week but the man above 👆🏾 made sure I ended it with the biggest blessing. 🍾🥂 I officially close in person today! 🙌🏾 I’ve never felt so good 🎉 i can’t thank you enough for the knowledge, gems, information and guidance you have given me. 💪🏾 I now have 13 peoperties because of you sir! 🥰🙏🏾💃🏾
