For those who are attending the 11/22/24 auction, your registration packet must be into Wayne County office no later than 4 pm November 1, 2024.

The spreadsheet is now open for you to pick your 2nd and 3rd lot you wish to bid on. You are not required to pick additional lots. This is for those individuals who wish to do so. You enter your selections on the spreadsheet yourself. I repeat: you enter your selections on the spreadsheet yourself. No submitting of the form and no submitting to Tara.

Please remember to do your due diligence. You are responsible for any HOAs/POAs, water bills, sewer bills, property tax, special assessments, etc once you are the property owner. Some of these may be prorated based on when you acquire the property. Please contact the township or community association to learn more about those areas.
