As of 8/14/24 there were 105 vacant lots to be auctioned. In addition, as of 8/14/24 there are houses, commercial buildings and lots to be auctioned.
Once you are the winning bidder, you are responsible for any fees/dues or taxes (for example, HOA dues or property taxes) that become due after you pay your winning bid amount.
You may be responsible for maintaining the lot's lawn after you are the winning bidder.
