Pumped to be a part of the Land League community. I’ve been following the land investing space and decided to join this group specifically to learn how to build smarter, systems-driven operations from day one.
• What I bring to the table: Dedication, a massive appetite for learning, and a background in building consistent daily work routines. I’m starting fresh but ready to put in the hours.
• What I need right now: Guidance on the best data tools, understanding market selection, and learning how to leverage AI to keep my workflows lean.
Most importantly, I am looking to connect with an experienced JV partner as soon as possible to collaborate on upcoming deals, share resources, and scale faster together.
• Experience level: Absolute beginner in land flipping, but highly motivated to learn the ropes.
• Long-term vision: To build a fully automated real estate business that generates consistent monthly off-market deals through strong joint venture partnerships.
