Before I was a business owner, a builder, or an educator—I was a teenage mom just trying to figure it out. Mother at 16. Three children by 19. College wasn’t an option then… but vocation was my saving grace.

It gave me skills when I didn’t have a degree, confidence when I didn’t have credentials, and income when I desperately needed independence. Fast forward 30 years—and those same trade-based skills built a career that has taken me from job sites to boardrooms, from blueprints to business ownership. 💪🏽🏗️
