Hey everyone, this is a system I just watched a live session about that I thought was really helpful, it is a system to be able to gain control of your days. If anyone is down to do this with me, I'll be working to apply this to my own routine!

Power down -Mental Mute Method
  1. Pinpoint Tomorrows Result Producing Actions
  2. Schedule your day(with result producing actions as the priority)
  3. Set Clear Goals and take the First Step of the First Step
  4. Track Flow habits
  5. Clear Cognitive Load
  6. Open your favourite note app or grab a pen and paper
  7. Do a brain dump of all the tasks you can think of
  8. label each task by importance
  9.  if its urgent and will take >2 minutes, schedule it for tomorrow
  10. if its urgent and will take <2 do it now
  11. Add non-urgent tasks to your calendar or a “later” list
  12. Review your later list and consider deleting non-essential items
  13. Review your calendar for tomorrow to ensure your prepared for the day
  14. Clear all key messages from your inbox
  15. Tidy up your physical and digital workspaces
