Community Charter & House Rules
Welcome to a space defined by Audience First thinking and Credibility Backed Clarity. To maintain a high-standard environment for entrepreneurs and professionals, we ask all members to adhere to the following pillars of engagement.

This community exists to build a collective body of work. Before posting, ask yourself: "How does this provide a clear benefit to the audience?" * Share Insights: Lead with outcomes, frameworks, and financial intelligence.
• No Low-Effort Content: Avoid "fluff," vague motivational quotes, or engagement bait.
2. Radical Respect & Professionalism
We are a global network of high achievers.
• Diverse Perspectives: Respect the professional background and expertise of every member.
• Constructive Critique: If providing feedback, ensure it is clear, actionable, and delivered without arrogance.
• Zero Tolerance: Harassment, discrimination, or derogatory language will result in an immediate permanent ban.
3. The "Anti-Pitch" Policy (Selling & Self-Promotion)
To preserve the quality of the feed, this is a pitch-free zone by default.
• Prior Authorization Required: You must receive explicit written approval from an Admin member before posting any commercial offers, webinars, or lead magnets.
• Value Over Volume: Approved offers must demonstrate significant Benefit Led Value to the community.
• No DM Spam: Unsolicited "cold pitching" to members via private message is strictly prohibited.🚫
4. Intentional Networking
We encourage you to connect and grow together.
• Build Relationships: Focus on the body of work and expertise of your peers.
• Collaborate: Use the community to find strategic partners, not just customers.
• Transparency: Be clear about your intentions when reaching out to others.
5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
What happens in the Hub stays in the Hub.
• Protect Privacy: Do not share proprietary business data or sensitive information discussed by other members outside of this group.
• Give Credit: If you are sharing a framework or idea from another member, provide clear attribution.
Enforcement & Moderation
The Admin team reserves the right to remove any content or member that dilutes the clarity and value of this space.
• First Infraction: Content removal and a formal warning.
• Second Infraction: Temporary suspension.
• Third Infraction/Severe Breach: Permanent removal from the Growth Hub.
