I’m LaTonya Renee Flood, a Kingdom Strategist for faith-driven women, and my work is centered on helping people build from identity, not pressure. I’ve found that a lot of us aren’t stuck because we lack strategy—we’re stuck because we’re disconnected from who we are and how we’re uniquely equipped.

So I help women come back into alignment with their identity in Christ and their spiritual gifts, so what they build actually feels sustainable and true.

My current focus: growing my visibility and connecting with other builders who care about both impact and alignment—not just output.

How I’m here to contribute:I’m here to bring conversations around mindset, identity, and spiritual clarity into the mix—especially for those moments when the strategy is there, but something still feels “off.”
