Parents, it’s time more than ever to teach our kids how to be entrepreneurs and foster an entrepreneurial mindset... and it starts with you!
Look around. The world is changing at a dizzying pace. The old promise—"go to school, get good grades, and find a secure job"—is crumbling. Automation and globalization are not future threats; they are today’s reality. Our children cannot afford to simply wait for a job or a dream career to appear. That waiting game is a luxury of the past. In this new economy, entrepreneurship is no longer just an option; it is an absolute necessity for self-reliance and success.
But let’s be clear: this isn't about creating a millionaire. It's about forging a
problem-solver. It’s about nurturing resilience when they fail, fostering creativity when
they’re bored, and teaching financial literacy. We must shift their focus from asking for a
job to creating one.
