Why Iām Doing This
Because I know what itās like to need someone at 7 AM. Or 9 AM. Or 7 PM.
I know what itās like to wake up and think āI canāt do this todayā and need a reminder that yes, you can.
I know what itās like to feel invisible in your recovery and need someone to witness your struggle and your strength.
So Iām showing up. Multiple times a week. Because youāre worth it.
