You can’t pour from an empty cup!
So much easier said than done. It’s easy to say, let me take care of myself first. Let me fill my cup. Let me put my oxygen mask on first. But then real life hits and we are surrounded by chaos that seems to only calm with the energy and attention that we give. And then, at the end of the day, we are left with nothing more but an empty, exhausted shell.
The most important thing I want you to remember here is, find a rhythm that fits you into the chaos. Find a moment somewhere, to give yourself a moment each day.
We are going to learn a lot about my favorite topic in this community: mindfulness. It’s a super power.
Tell me, what does mindfulness mean to you?
