You don’t need perfect silence to come back to yourself.
2. One hand on your heart, one on your belly Take a slow breath in and a longer breath out.
3. Remind yourself softly: “I’m doing better than I think I am.”
4. Let one thing be enough today Not everything just one thing you did with love.
5. Ask yourself: “What would feel good for me right now?”
And let it be simple.
✨ You are allowed to feel joy and need space
✨ You are allowed to love your children deeply and take care of yourself
✨ You are allowed to grow, soften, and figure it out as you go
