Where did your nervous system feel the safest this week?
Not where you accomplished the most.
Not where you checked the most boxes.
Not where you stayed the busiest.
Just,
Where did your body finally exhale?
Maybe it was sitting on your porch with a cup of coffee.
Maybe it was during a massage.
Maybe it was laughing with your child.
Maybe it was a quiet walk.
Or maybe,
You realized there wasn't a single moment all week where you truly felt safe and at peace.
If that's you, you're not alone.
Awareness is the first step toward change.
Today, I invite you to pause for just a moment and ask yourself:
What helped my body feel calm this week?
Your nervous system remembers safety just as much as it remembers stress. The more we intentionally notice those moments, the easier it becomes to return to them.
💛 Weekend Practice
Before you move into your actions and before bed tonight...
Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your abdomen.
Take five slow, gentle breaths.
You don't need to fix anything.
You don't need to solve tomorrow.
Simply remind your body:
"I'm here."
Sometimes that's enough.
👇 I'd love to hear from you.
What was one moment this week where you felt the most grounded, peaceful, or connected?
