It wasn’t until I cut out carbs and social media that I realized how much I was relying on them.
Without the “cheat meals” and endless scrolling, I was left feeling restless, irritable, and discontent.
The truth is, carbs and scrolling weren’t the problem. They were how I coped.
The real battle is with the discomfort underneath.
Here’s what I’ve learned: you can white-knuckle cravings and urges all you want. But unless you face that underlying discomfort or unresolved trauma, you’re going to be stuck in the vicious cycle of addiction.
I use a carnivore approach to fuel self-restraint, and technology to track patterns and build awareness.
And most importantly, I'm now part of a community where I don't have to explain myself.
If any of this hits home, hear me on this: you don’t have a willpower problem. You don’t have a discipline problem. You have a coping problem.
And coping problems don’t need more guilt, shame, or self-limiting thoughts. They need healing.
Join us and let’s do this together.
