Notice: Regarding reship all orders detained in US in February, US customs has not returned all packages to Hong Kong as agreed. We have no choice but to resend new packages from our mainland warehouse to all customers.
Due to the war and other unrest, security and customs inspections in various countries have been escalated, resulting in slow and restricted transfer.
Our company ensures responsibility to every customer. To US is constantly exploring new shipping channels, and every US packages have one time reship service when customs seized. We have over 2000+ February reshipments, will handle one by one from today.
•March 8th - VENDOR - For my dear friends, the Feb all packages shipping agent paid $100000 fees and get them back to HK , not confiscate them. and will do all reship before 3.15.
As for this unexpected US customs things happened, make customers waited so long time, I made apology for all of you.

“ before holidays orders all in customs now. shipping agent handling it. if cannot let it out. they will notify us. then we will reship. no worries. 1.19th all orders inspected by FDA. finally clearanced. Feb all due to US new customs policy changed.
Goods from all over the world are being inspected by U.S. customs, resulting in a large number of delays.”
