**Trading in multiple markets:**

Many traders try to claim that they only trade 1 pair and see it as something to be proud of.

For example “I only trade Gold” or “I only trade Crypto”. What this does is limit the opportunities available to that individual. There are many times when a certain market is consolidating or being flat, which in turn means there is no clear direction to where or when the market will move.

Now if Bitcoin for example is being very flat and has low volatility, it is easy to get “chopped up” trying to catch certain market moves. If we just switch to a different pair, for example USD/JPY or US100, we might be able to see that pair is having a lot of volatility and lots of movement.

Remember, making 50 points on BTC is the same $ value as making 50 points on Gold or any other pair.
