Can anyone benefit from AI workflow tips?
I’m thinking about sharing my workflow with the group.
It’s basically: daily journaling (including my Japan prison journal) → turning it into structured prompts → using AI to create music + writing that helps with mental momentum (not “perfect healing,” more like staying moving).
