How often do you meditate? Honestly I don’t do it as much as I feel I should, but I’ve been getting back into my rhythm 🧘🥰 I try to do yoga twice a week at least, but meditation and breathing techniques are what get me through life!
I’ve got a stressful work environment and knowing how to breathe while I’m there is so important! I’ve also got anxiety and bpd so focusing myself is very important, and breathing techniques and meditation help me to do that!!
