When I first started, I thought getting clients was about having the cheapest price. Wrong.
The real key is trust. Homeowners will pay more for someone who looks reliable, shows up, and actually communicates.
That’s why little things matter — posting before/after photos, replying quickly, pointing out you're here to help/answer questions, and even having a basic website or Facebook page. All of it builds trust before you even meet the client which is KEY!
