I came across your comment and just wanted to say — wow, that situation sounds rough. $2,500 is no small amount, and I’m sorry you had to deal with someone like that. I can only imagine how frustrating it must have been to be let down after putting your trust (and money) into a project that matters.
I’m currently looking for a side hustle where I can not only earn a bit extra, but also build something meaningful and make myself more relevant in the tech space. You see, you sound like a nice person and is so embarrassing and uncomfortable to tell people to prove their identity, but unfortunately the scammers approach you as good people and looks like authorities do nothing about it. To me is one of the greatest crimes out there because these people take maybe the last money you have. Is not necessarily greed from the victims, but (like in my case) especially entrepreneurs try to make it work with less money because of their budget

Is so funny and so sad in the same time, because (please don’t be offended) the guy who ripped me off approached me and talk to me in the same way, pretty much the same words you use. I wanted to send money to a previous guy and my PayPal told me that they stopped the transaction because the receiver is a scammer. I told to this guy what happened to me and he assured me that with him will be different. How crazy is that?

The only problem is that I have some money left in my PayPal Credit and I tried to send to a company the money to build my site and my YouTube channel, but my bank stopped the transaction telling me that it is a scam. So, how do I know you are not a scam?
