What I’m Looking For

▫ Preferably based in North America or Europe

▫ Age 22+

▫ Owns a PC or laptop

▫ Conversational or fluent in English (spoken and written)

▫ No technical skills required — but development experience is definitely a plus

How It Works

▫ You provide access to an Upwork account and handle withdrawals

▫ I will handle everything else — bidding, client communication, project work, and delivery

▫ After each project, you’ll receive your share before sending me the remaining balance

▫ Your involvement is minimal beyond account setup and transferring funds, unless you’d like to be more hands-on

Profit Sharing & Compensation

▫ You: 15% of project revenue (negotiable depending on your involvement)

▫ Me: The remaining earnings

▫ Typical compensation for you will be around $200–$1500+ per month, depending on project volume and success
