I've been in Jay's group for nearly a year and I love the encouraging and low-stress environment. I also like that he addresses topics for all levels of growth (not just design or how to get started). The regular guests and featured speakers are amazing and provide such a wealth of knowledge and experience. Plus you really can ask him anything in his AMAs (as me anything) calls and he'll tackle them. He also doesn't mind looking at your actual data stats to help answer questions you may have.
