LLC dissolution
does anyone knows the exact process to dissolve an foreign owned LLC, I dissolved the LLC on the state and cancelled my PO address
I guess the second step is to file the 5472-1120 proforma and after send a letter to the irs for the ein closure ?
Also as I don’t have us adress should I inform the irs that that adress is not longer valid and give my foreign address ?
