Pomodoro Technique is really helpful for when I can't focus.
- Pick your task or whatever you need to accomplish
- Put a 25 min timer and work on that task w/o any distractions
- Give yourself a 5 min break after the 25 mins of studying
- repeat
This helps because it gives me the small 5 min break to look forward to so I can completely grind and lock in for the 25 mins.
