A lot of adults need to start accepting accountability and stop blaming others. Stop creating false narratives about business owners just because you didn’t get your way.
📌 You’re quick to scream “scam” or “unprofessional” when it’s not the case. The truth is, many times when we investigate complaints, we find that some of you are actually horrible customers—and honestly, the money you paid doesn’t cover the headaches you bring.
💼 I don’t play about my name, business, or reputation. If you say something about my team, I immediately do an investigation—because I pay them a salary and they’re expected to do their jobs with integrity.
Let’s be real:
- You say “I didn’t get results” but you don’t even know your results because you never paid for or monitored your credit.
- You claim “I didn’t get any deletions” while we’re looking at 30+ deleted accounts.
- You say “I couldn’t reach customer service” yet we have the call recorded and transcribed.
- You say “No one worked on my file” when in reality we emailed you multiple times asking for your contracts, ID, and credit monitoring access that you never sent.
Come on now… 🙄
We do this work to help you buy homes 🏡, get your dream car 🚘, and qualify for the $100K funding you desire 💰. Yet many of you treat us terribly while we’re fixing the mess YOU created—for pennies.
I’m a wife, mom, daughter, business owner, friend, mentor—and I still dedicate time out of my busy life to serve and help others.
